This website is operated for Acts of Kindness Theatre Company activities and Frozen fundraising through PASTA, Parents Association Supporting Theater Arts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting theatre arts.

Information We Collect
The site collects only the information visitors choose to submit through forms, email links, or payment partners.
Sponsorship Forms
- Sponsor or business name
- Contact name, email, phone, and mailing address
- Sponsorship level, ticket requests, recognition text, and AOK contact
- Optional logo, ad, or artwork files
Fundraising Requests
- Raffle request name, email, phone, ticket count, and notes
- Payment reference numbers and checkout links used to match payments
- Rental notification email addresses and selected rental interests
Payments
Online payments are handled by Zeffy. This website does not collect or store card numbers, bank account numbers, Apple Pay details, or Google Pay details.
How Information Is Used
- Record sponsorships, raffle requests, rental notifications, and related follow-up.
- Match Zeffy payments, checks, or invoice requests with submitted details.
- Coordinate sponsor tickets, program ads, recognition copy, and artwork.
- Respond to questions and provide receipts, acknowledgments, or W-9 information upon request.
Who Receives It
AOK receives form submissions. Information may also be processed by service providers needed to operate the site and payment process, including Netlify for website forms and Zeffy for online payments. AOK does not sell sponsor or visitor information.
Retention
AOK keeps sponsorship, payment matching, recognition, artwork, and contact records as long as reasonably needed for the production, event administration, sponsor benefits, accounting, and nonprofit recordkeeping.
Children
The sponsorship, payment, raffle, and rental notification forms are intended for adults, business contacts, parents, guardians, or authorized representatives.
Security And Third-Party Sites
The site uses HTTPS and Netlify form handling. Links to payment, ticketing, social, and video websites may have their own privacy and security practices. Review those services directly when using them.
